Q. Why shouldn't I just buy a drain acid from the store?

A. These products may be harmful to your family and to your drain system. Donnelly's recommends using Bio-Clean on a regular basis. Bio-Clean is safe for your family and your plumbing system.

Q. Do you service air-conditioning systems?

A. Yes, Donnelly's is a full-service company. We service and sell air-conditioning systems. We also offer one of the best air filters on the market.

Q. I smell gas, what should I do?

A. Call 911, your local utility and call Donnelly's.

Q. I have water leaking, what should I do?

A. If it is running continuously, go to your water meter. Turn the main clockwise.

Q. How can I prevent my outside faucet from freezing?

A. If you have a frost-free hydrant, you need to disconnect the hose in the fall. If you have an older hydrant, you should turn the inside valve off. (It is usually located in the basement or crawl space. Next, go outside and open the hydrant. This will allow the water in that line to drain out of the line. When you are ready to use it in the spring, all you need to do is open the inside valve.
